Are all shirts authentic?
Yes. We use a network of reputable sellers across the globe who share an equal passion in providing quality, authentic football shirts. If we ever have a jersey 'slip through the net' we'll refund your purchase and donate the shirt to charity.
What does your grading system mean?
10/10 = Brand New With TAGs (BNWT), Never worn
9/10 = Pre-loved however is in excellent condition with no visible signs of wear to the material.
8/10 = A couple of small marks or pulls might be present on the garment.
7/10 = Same as above however both pulls, marks or printing defect on the garment.
6/10 = We don't stock any shirts below a 7/10 grade
Do you personalise shirts?
Unfortunately not.
How do you recommend washing my shirt?
Follow the washing instructions on the label. If in doubt turn inside out, wash on no higher than a 30°C cycle and under no circumstance use fabric conditioner or tumble dry the garment; this will ensure the shape & size of the shirt is retained and won't damage the printing.
What are your shirts sent in?
Our shirts are sent in plastic wallets which are made from 100% recycled material with a biodegradable additive.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship world wide using the signed for service provide by Royal Mail. Other couriers are available upon request however this could change the amount it costs to ship.
Why is America more expensive?
Due to geo-political factors it's currently approx £18 to send a small parcel to the USA. We are constantly monitoring the situation as we wish for our shirts to reach customers far & wide for the best possible rate, please contact us if there's a 'work around' for this current issue.
How soon do you ship after an order is placed?
We aim for 24 working hours, please note this might differ over a public holiday.
Has COVID affected the duration of delivery?
Yes and No. We've found that in certain parts of the world some parcels have taken slightly longer than normal to arrive, we've been advised by our partners that this is due to the infrastructure of the respective country. However, the UK & Europe has largely remained business as usual and the rest of the world appears to be resuming to pre-covid delivery times.
Will you provide a tracking ID?
Yes, once an order is sent you will be advised of the tracking ID and the method of shipping. Please be aware once the item is sent it's not our responsibility however we're on hand to assist & liaise with the shipping provider if any negative experiences were to occur.
