Returns Policy
All items listed are original and authentic, with the detail listed accurately as possible within the listing and shown on the images provided. Please bear in mind that a lot of our stock is 'pre-loved' so every effort is made to ensure you know what you're purchasing; please don't hesitate to ask for more images if required.
In the event you're not satisfied with the product please contact us requesting where to return the garment to. Refunds & exchanges are welcome if the garment doesn't fit or 'isn't quite right' however please be aware that the garment must be returned in the same condition and sent using a signed for service; this ensures the return is traceable - Please note we will refund the postage of the return that isn't damaged.
In the event the garment returned is damaged then a refund will be declined.
Items are sent via first class signed for service with Royal Mail being used as our preferred courier with the aim of sending the garment within 24 working hours of the order being placed. The garment is sent in a plastic wallet made from 100% recycled material with a biodegradable additive to ensure we're doing our part in reducing our carbon footprint.
